About Penland | Classes | Registration |  News/Events | Contact Us | Home

The online information on Penland's summer classes is better than ever this year. Visit www.penland.org for complete class descriptions, 95 photographs of instructor work, and 55 external links to sites with information about our instructors and their work.

You'll also find an application form you can print out and send or fax in, as well as complete registration, fee, and scholarship information. We start processing applications on February 4, with a lottery on February 8 (after that, it's first-come, first served).

Applications for scholarships and studio assistantships are due at Penland on February 15. A list of classes with open assistantships is available on the web site.

If you can't wait for summer, there are still a few spaces left in the spring books, flameworking, photo, and textiles classes. Complete information about these classes is also available on our web site.

I hope to see you at Penland this summer,

Robin Dreyer
